Beyond concepts, strategy and training, we will:

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Solutions Coaching consists of:
- Meetings every two weeks to coach and advise partners, as a group or individually
- Assignments and homework to be accomplished before each meeting
- Review of assignments and progress at the beginning of each meeting. Additional steps and coaching
- Feedback on new partner or team ideas and activities Development of new strategies and approaches
- Help on concepts and development of ideas, activities, materials, introductions and networking
- New assignments, commitments and deadlines
- Encouragement, support and celebration
*** Practice Development Counsel's president Phyllis Weiss Haserot will be available at any time for calls and e-mails between regularly scheduled in-person meetings. for advice, review of materials, and insightful help with approaches to contacts
TIMING AND FEE ARRANGEMENTS
- Choice of hourly billing or monthly retainer.
- Monthly minimum of two meetings (in-person or by phone) to maintain momentum.
